Jannata Resort and Spa

The pool and spa were lovely, and the food was delicious. I still remember the beautiful scent throughout the resort and how kind and helpful the staff were. We only stayed two nights, but it left a lasting impression. When Bali comes up, this is the place I think of. If you're heading to Ubud, I'd definitely consider staying here.

The infinity pool overlooking the jungle and the resort's traditional Balinese look made a lovely setting for our honeymoon. Our room felt a little aged, but it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious too, and breakfast came in generous portions that kept us full for the day. What we'll remember most is how personally cared for we felt. The staff checked in with us and took a real interest in what we were doing. They knew we planned to hike up Mount Batur for sunrise, so they packed a special breakfast for us and had extra food ready when we got back. It felt sincere, not like routine service. Daniel deserves a special mention. He arranged our rides from the previous hotel and into Ubud center, and was attentive, kind, and always happy to chat. He even remembered little details from earlier conversations, which made us feel valued. We had an incredible stay at Jannata Resort and will always cherish those honeymoon memories.

We spent the day before and the day after our wedding ceremony in Bali at Jannata Resort, and couldn't imagine a better place for that time together. Jungle views surround the resort, and the whole crew was warm, polite, and ready to help. The food was a delight throughout our stay. Buda looked after us during a romantic dinner one evening, which ended with a wedding cake as a sweet surprise. The next night, Rai led us through a traditional Balinese dinner by the swimming pool, under the open sky, with a local dance performance. The waiters were attentive and gracious at every meal, and each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. On our last morning, we joined Wida's yoga class, then relaxed at the Spa with a flower bath. It was a peaceful farewell. The whole experience was fantastic, and we can't recommend Jannata Resort highly enough. Thank you! 🫶🤗

We spent four hours at the on-site restaurant enjoying the food, with Krisna taking great care of us. The staff were friendly and attentive to everything we needed. From reception, the view across the valley is breathtaking, and the infinity pool is an easy place to lose a few hours. Our room was clean, had a lovely valley view, and even the bath looked out onto the scenery. Turn-down service included fresh cookies and a made-up bed. The only snag was that the aircon didn't seem to get cold in our room. Still, I highly recommend Jannata Resort. My partner and I had a great stay.
