For about 250k a night, it’s a great-value, cheap home base if looks aren’t a priority. The rooms were clean, with no mold or pests, and the AC worked well. Housekeeping came daily, and the lobby had a pretty good sea view. Dreamland Beach was a 10-minute walk away. There’s no laundry facility, though. The place won’t win awards for appearance. About half was closed for renovations, and the rundown gym and pool didn’t seem worth using. I wouldn’t pick it for a special occasion.

I checked out almost immediately. The bathroom was filthy, the towels looked discolored and dingy, and the balcony door was broken and wouldn’t lock. The property felt old, neglected and badly maintained. Despite being advertised as a 4-star resort, it was honestly worse than a cheap roadside motel. The photos on Agoda were a complete lie. A terrible booking experience, this place is nowhere near the standard it claims to meet.

The staff were 10/10, very kind and friendly, and the ocean view from the lobby was probably the best thing about the place. It’s a shame, because the building has potential, but it felt abandoned, eerie and derelict. It looks nothing like the photos on agoda/booking.com. I recommend using honest photos so guests can make a more informed choice. The ones online are very misleading.

We had a great year-end holiday stay with the family. The parking area was spacious, the location was convenient for getting to Dreamland Beach, and Netflix streamed smoothly without buffering, which was a nice bonus. The pool has only just started operating, so it isn’t fully optimized yet. The abandoned building nearby could also be tidied up to make the surroundings neater. Still, it was comfortable and enjoyable.

The location was excellent, the price was great, and there were lovely views of the beach. The rooms could use a little improvement: the AC leaked a bit. The bedding and toilet were good to use, and toiletries were provided.
