From the airport pickup with Agus to the trip home, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were so accommodating, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The food is made fresh to order, delicious, and offers a wide range of dishes. They even wash the salad in bottled water. Try the Indonesian dishes, and definitely order the White Lady Dessert :) Paddle boarding and snorkelling right outside the hotel were amazing, and the Japanese boat wreck is only a short swim away. Nalini gives you the choice of a friendly, relaxing retreat by the pool with a cocktail, or a more active stay with snorkelling, paddle boarding, or scuba diving.

The reef is right outside, and the Japanese shipwreck snorkelling site is just a swim away. The rooms are divine, and the food, service, and drinks are exceptional. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

I was surprised by how disappointing this stay was, especially after reading all the positive reviews. I’ve never given a hotel an overall 2 stars before, but after two days here, that’s my rating. The room wasn’t exactly dirty, though I wouldn’t call it clean. The pool didn’t look as impressive as the photos, and the breakfast we had was average. Most of all, service felt poor, as everything seemed difficult. We left after two days for another hotel very nearby, at the same price, and had none of the problems we’d experienced at the Nalini.

The beach is right at our doorstep, with mountains behind us, and the location is stunning. Ari & the team took great care of us, arranged adventures, and handled all the little things. We can’t wait for our next Nalini holiday!

A lovely little spot to rest, take in the views, snorkel, and enjoy the food, which was absolutely wonderful. Ari was an exceptional host and shared lots of interesting things about Bali, its people, and traditions. We felt very comfortable, and the stay remains a special memory.
