Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach

The location is very central, with places to eat and live music both north and south. We tried The Tree, Coco's (across road), New Meads and Happy Buddah several times. All were under a five-minute walk from Nikko, and we had no issues with the food, drinks or ice. Laundry options and convenience stores are across the road too. We stayed eight nights at Hotel Nikko and really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the beds were big, and ours had a large bathroom, shower and hot tub. The pool area has a great outlook, the restaurant food was great, and every staff member we met, from security and reception to the bar, dining rooms and pool area, was friendly and welcoming. An ocean or part-ocean view upgrade is worthwhile, since one side faces an old, unfinished abandoned building. Would we stay again? Yes.

We spent plenty of time at the swim-up bar and relaxing on the beach, and the spa massage was lovely. The property was clean and tidy, with friendly, accommodating staff. We ate at two of the restaurants and every meal was exceptional. Breakfast was included in our booking, and the buffet had lots to choose from. We arrived late Friday night and Dhimas greeted us warmly with news of a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was stunning, with a great ocean view over the pool. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We took a two-night trip during the first week of September 2024. I enjoyed taking lots of pictures of the beach and the property, with their gorgeous colours and different backdrops. The Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach is a beachfront resort on the sand at Tanjung Benoa, in Nusa Dua. It has Balinese architecture and was built in 1997 as a four-storey property with almost 180 rooms. It’s part of the Okura Nikko Hotel Management group, which focuses on an affordable, relaxing experience. In early 2018, it was rebranded under the Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach name to grow the Okura Nikko brand portfolio in Asia. There’s a lagoon pool with a swim-up bar, a spa and a kids' club. Families can make use of supervised activities in the bright, airy Kids Club, and various water sports are available right on the beachfront.

The buffet had a great range of tasty food, and the French toast was my favourite, sooo good! The staff there were warm and attentive. Our room was serviced early every morning, so it was already tidy with fresh towels by the time I got back around 11am. I stayed from 1st–6th March 2026 and had an amazing time. The location made it easy and fun to get to water sports like jet skiing, donut boats and banana boats just minutes behind the hotel. The security staff outside were friendly and accommodating, greeting us with smiles and helping us cross the road safely. Reception were just as welcoming. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it. A wonderful stay!
