The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help, and the pools were great. We had a clean, comfortable room in a lovely, calm and intimate atmosphere that was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast had a fantastic range of fresh, tasty choices and was absolutely delicious. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

We’ve come back for a second time and would happily return again. The staff were fantastic, so friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The beautiful pools and nearby places to eat and get massages were lovely. It’s away from the city hustle, great for families or anyone after a more relaxing holiday, and extremely good value. We loved it.

The booking was easy and well handled, so everything seemed ready before I arrived. The beach view is stunning, and the room was comfortable in a really relaxing hotel. A big shoutout to the receptionist, whose cheerful welcome and helpful manner made check-in quick and hassle-free. I felt at home right away. Such a lovely stay at Novotel Bali Benoa, and I’d love to return.

The front office team made check-in and checkout easy, and whenever we had a question or needed help, they were quick to assist and welcoming. It’s not our first time in Bali, but their hospitality really made a difference this visit. The hotel was clean and well kept, right by the beach, and our room was comfortable and clean too. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

There are restaurants, bars, and massage shops within walking distance, and the calm beach in front was great for children. My seven year old son enjoyed the kids club and pools. We spent seven days at Novotel Bali Benoa in a garden room, which was modern and very clean. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, from check-in to checkout. I highly recommend it for a great location and stay.
