The team were lovely and worked hard to make the stay good. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choices including a really tasty shakshuka, and the grounds were well swept. The breakfast area was pleasant, and the pool area looked pretty. But our first room was awful: dark, worn out, with peeling paint and a strong perfume smell that seemed to cling to everything. I think it was covering damp smells. The room needs cross ventilation. Even with the doors open all night, that perfume was the first thing I noticed. Staff kindly moved us to a brighter upstairs room and aired it out, which helped, though there was no other compensation for the terrible first room. The second bathroom was run down too, with mouldy silicone and stuff growing in the shower corners. The beds were just okay, and the pool wasn't very clean, with slimy bottom tiles and edges. Management needs to improve the rooms and clean the pool properly and regularly. It's a shame, since the staff are wonderful. I wouldn't stay again; nearby places have newer villas for the same price. Ubud centre is a bit of a walk, and the shuttle only runs twice daily. There's a nearby pizza place that was fantastic. One more issue: I wouldn't book through luxury escapes again. They didn't help with the problems on site, so I had to deal with management myself. What is their 24/7 chat for if it doesn't help you on holiday?

My mother and I spent three days here and had a truly great experience. It was quiet, peaceful, and clean, with lovely staff. Our room was large, as was the washroom, and the pool was a nice spot for a peaceful swim. The greenery and water features were well maintained. For a hotel listed as four star, it felt like more. Thank you for a great stay!

We booked the Balinese cultural package and really enjoyed it. It included making traditional offerings, afternoon tea, a cultural tour, massages, a romantic dinner, and a Balinese cooking class. The offering-making with Novita was incredible, and I'd recommend the package if you can take part. We stayed for almost a week, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with AC. Staff checked when we wanted the room cleaned, and did a great job. Novita, Meli, Bobi, Dodi, Intan, the chefs, cleaners, reception team, and everyone else went out of their way to make our stay relaxing. A huge thank you to the whole team at the Radha Phala resort. We'd love to visit again.

The staff made it easy to celebrate a special occasion, helping with everything warmly and without hassle. The resort itself is very well maintained, with lush greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. I loved my time here and highly recommend it.

The resort has lovely greenery, pleasant weather, and a beautiful atmosphere. The rooms are good, but privacy needs attention: every pair of rooms has a connecting door with no lock, and the main door and its sides are all glass. The swimming pool is excellent, with water continuously flowing through it. 🙏
