The chalet was comfortable, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves with that sea view was relaxing. I also had attentive service at the restaurant, and the staff around the property were generally kind. Still, I’d say this works better as a one-night stop than somewhere to spend several days. The sea wasn’t especially beautiful, and the place didn’t have much charm for a longer stay. What really affected the trip was arranging transfers to the Gili Islands through the hotel. I expected clear information and a reliable booking, but the price was much higher than what’s usually offered, and the details weren’t clear. When I questioned it, I was told it was the “best price.” That left me feeling like a tourist being taken advantage of, rather than a guest being guided honestly. Other places on this trip handled this kind of help perfectly, so it was the first time I’d had this experience. A shame, because some parts of the stay were good.

Bagus and the team made our ten days feel special. Everyone was friendly, from the gardeners to the people at the pool, restaurant, and reception, and the staff seemed well trained. We stayed in an Oceanfront room at Seabreeze and really enjoyed it. The gardens were immaculate, the pool sparkling clean, and there was good food and a range of drinks at the resort, all at very affordable prices. It’s a very quiet spot, though only a short drive from the main town and its many restaurants.

The view was excellent, and the restaurant service was especially good. The food was tasty too. We stayed in superior room no 22, which felt a bit small. Still, we had a nice stay.

We had a delicious romantic dinner on our last night, with a private waiter just for us. The grounds and accommodation are beautiful, and it’s such a peaceful place. The staff were very friendly and polite. 💜
