The Kayon Resort

The River Suite was spacious, and we loved having a private pool. The resort and scenery are beautiful, and being surrounded by nature made it feel peaceful. We stayed as part of the intimate wedding package and had such a nice time. Anggi, my fairy godsister, coordinated our special day so perfectly, and we felt well cared for. The decor was stunning and just like the photos, with thoughtful touches such as a wooden welcome sign bearing our names. Thanks so much to Anggi and all the staff 🙏

The restaurant was very good, with delicious food at reasonable prices. You can choose the regular menu or the special Bali 3-course menu. Breakfast was tasty and included one à la carte dish, a fruit plate, and breads. I’d have liked a 3-4 course option with both sweet and savory items. Afternoon tea was a lovely touch, and the morning walk before breakfast was a great idea, though a short rice field walk would make it even better. The spa was excellent and worth the somewhat high price for its quality and professionalism. The territory was beautifully maintained, clean, green, and in harmony with nature, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and well equipped. Staff were genuinely guest-oriented, remembered names and preferences, and gave the place a family feel. Thanks to duty manager Pandei for arranging a fantastic waterfall and rice field tour and a smooth transfer to our next hotel, and to Kartawan, a professional, friendly guide and driver who made the tour unforgettable. The restaurant manager also made our cocktail party memorable. From the friendly, polite check-in onward, my stay felt special. I fell in love with your accommodation and would happily return. The spa costs a little more than the average in the region, but the experience is truly worth it. From the hostesses to the massage therapists, everyone was warm, attentive, and smiling, and we felt well cared for the whole time. The resort’s beautiful floral decorations deserve a special mention too. The Kayon Resort in Ubud is built across multiple levels, with stairways connecting different areas and viewpoints that give it a unique atmosphere. The lobby is stunning and made us feel relaxed and welcome right away.

The service was the best part of my stay. Everyone at the property was so nice and accommodating, and they made me feel special with their outstanding attention. The property itself is beautiful, surrounded by nature and overlooking a fantastic waterfall. Highly recommended.
