The Lokha Ubud Resort, Villas & SPA

The property is huge, lush green, and well maintained, with a luxurious feel. There’s plenty to do on site, so you could easily spend the whole day there without getting bored or needing to go out. The pool was great, and the spa was wonderful. We were so happy we booked this stay, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The resort was stunning and peaceful, just right for a relaxing getaway. Novita at reception made the visit unforgettable. She was kind, welcoming, and helpful, with a warm smile and patience. She paid attention to every little detail and made me feel special. She’s genuinely one of the sweetest, most wonderful people I’ve met. Thank you, Novita, for making the stay so memorable ❤️

The setting was beautiful, with a small river running through the property, lovely views, and a relaxing atmosphere. High tea in the afternoon, the pool, and peaceful surroundings added to it. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast, convenient shuttle, complimentary photo session, outstanding food throughout the stay, and a complimentary spa experience that was one of the best highlights. We stayed at Loka Ubud from the 1st to the 6th for our first holiday of the new year. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived very late, but the reception team had the room ready for a smooth check-in and welcomed us warmly. We felt cared for right away. The location and rooms were fabulous, with an authentic Balinese feel in the architecture, traditional food, cultural atmosphere, soothing fragrances, morning prayers, and worship rituals. We loved the reception, front office, hotel, and restaurant staff, along with all the facilities. Everything was exceptional. We’d love to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.

Lokha provides a shuttle for trips to and from the market area. The staff were very polite, and the hospitality was excellent. The Balinese spa was deeply relaxing. We loved the peaceful, lush green setting and the whole experience. We enjoyed the food from breakfast and high tea to late-night in-room dining. It was delicious, with good choices for vegans and pure vegetarians. High tea was a highlight, especially the garlic-flavored peanuts, which were the best, and purple sweet potato chips with tea and coffee. Must buy those peanuts at the local market!
