The move to a second two-bedroom apartment helped a little, but the toilet still wasn't properly cleaned, the master bedroom air conditioner leaked, and there were no cups, cutlery, or toiletries. The towels looked so worn and unhygienic that they should have been replaced. The first unit was much worse. Its floor was dusty and unswept, old items were still in the fridge, and there were many black spots on the master bedroom mattress. The second bedroom was very dirty too, and the bathroom walls and floor looked unscrubbed. The living room and second bedroom air conditioners didn't work. These cleanliness and maintenance problems really affected our comfort and stay. Management needs to improve those standards. It would also help if Grab drivers picking up guests didn't have to pay for parking when pickups usually take under 15 minutes. The experience fell short of what we expected.

We had a great night here and got very good value for our stay. Maybe the people who left bad reviews were just unlucky. Our only snag was that the owner forgot to mention the Wi-Fi wasn't like IndiHome, it used a data quota instead, haha. Still, we were lucky to stay here for a night. Totally recommended, 10/10.

The reception staff were unpleasant, and they really need to learn some manners. Other reviews here seem to back that up. We were also told Agoda was only part of the booking platform and that the real booking source was Booking.com. The apartment employees said they were the ones who cancelled our reservation, not us. I booked through Agoda, but the night before check-in it was cancelled on the excuse of a change of plans. We hadn't changed anything, and why would we cancel a non-refundable booking when we planned to stay the next night? It feels like some new kind of scam. Now it seems Agoda, Booking.com, and the apartment have all taken our money. If the property replies, please contact me. The people at Agoda can't even get in touch with Malibu suites management.

There was menstrual blood on the blanket, which was disgusting. The rooms smelled bad and much of the furniture was broken. The floor was covered in dust, lizard droppings, and other gross stuff, so we had to sweep it ourselves. I don't think they ever sweep or mop. Then they took 200k from our deposit, saying we broke their broom, a cheap item, but they gave no proof that it was us. Worst place to stay! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The room was quite spacious, and the hotel is near BOS mall. The pool has a lovely view, though the water is pretty cold and it gets busy. I gave it four stars because the elevator was crowded.
