We booked five days. The location is convenient, close to the big mall, and the staff were supportive. There’s a pub on the ground floor, and breakfast is well arranged at Jatra Hotel cafe. The rooms are small, with a huge mirror covering the wall to make them look bigger. I suppose that’s okay, as one lady mentioned in the reviews, if you want to see your partner’s expressions. The first room I got hadn’t been cleaned properly, or may have been missed. Someone’s lipstick was still there, and I found lots of long hairs and eyelashes by the sides of the bed. I told the front desk, and they acted quickly and moved me to another room. I’ve also seen the soundproofing problem mentioned in reviews from more than a year ago. The management’s apologies seemed hollow to me, without a real commitment to fixing it. They could have put the money toward improvements instead of those huge full-wall mirrors. I’d rather not post pictures, as I’m hoping things improve.

Even though I chose a non-smoking room, it still smelled bad. I couldn’t tell whether the blanket had been changed. If you have an early flight, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There’s a small bar on the ground floor with live music, and the bass carries into the room.

The hotel is simple and small, but the location is strategic and the room was clean. The lights everywhere made my eyes sore, though, and the noise at all hours wore out my ears. Breakfast was nice, but guests have to leave this hotel and go into another hotel to get it. Very confusing.

It was a nice hotel, and the small room was enough for me. You can walk straight into the mall area for whatever you need. There’s a cafe beneath the hotel, though, so it gets a bit noisy at night, from 8PM to 12AM.

The window view is great, but the first floor gets really crowded at night. It might suit millennials, but I don’t think it works for everyone, especially if you want to rest or have some peace and quiet.
