Restaurants are very close by, so guests can hang out around there. The hotel has high standards and affordable rates, with good ownership. Small issues shouldn't put off budget travelers anymore. The hotel is right in the heart of Balikpapan, but the sidewalks along this road need upgrading. Hotels are the face of the city and help boost business. Good luck, dear guest. Balikpapan is amazing, with tropical weather and beautiful nature.
8/10
The AC and hot water both worked well, and the room was pretty fine for me. There are still a few things here and there that need fixing.
6/10
The sink faucet didn't work properly, and the water flow in my room was really weak and slow. The hotel needs some repairs, as its condition wasn't good.
8/10
The price is affordable, especially with the discount for booking the same day. It was kind of comfortable too.
4/10
Not good. The water heater didn't work.
