The hotel is in good shape, in excellent condition, and the service was good. A couple of things could be better: the white towels need replacing, and breakfast could offer a wider variety beyond fried dishes.

The room was clean, and the hotel is in a strategic location. The front desk team gave excellent service, with smiles and friendly greetings.

The staff were all very friendly, and breakfast was nice, especially the delicious kolak pisang. Both the room and bathroom were spacious. I'll definitely come back.

The location and place were okay, and the service was standard. The linens were grey, though they look like they would have been white when new and clean, and they smelled as if they hadn't been dried properly. There was no fire hydrant at all, which is a safety concern.

The service was good, and the hotel is clean and reasonably priced. Its location is convenient too. I'll definitely return!
