The service is good, and the location is convenient. The price is still affordable, though a little high: a fan room for two costs around 150,000, and the room is just big enough. It’s generally fairly clean, but they should pay closer attention to the bedding. There were a lot of stains on it, which was unpleasant.

The service was awful and really disappointing. They said they didn’t work with Traveloka, even though they knew my full name, and asked me to pay an extra 150,000 Rupiah. There were cockroaches in the room, the pillows smelled of saliva and hadn’t been changed, the bathroom was clogged, and the room had lots of leaks.

The service was awful. The older man watching over the rooms came across as very cynical, and the fan in the room was broken with no AC remote. They wouldn't offer a discount. We had only entered the room and hadn't even slept there, but they still wouldn't let us cancel.
