The management came across as unprofessional and nonchalant about refunds. The rooms were already full, even though OYO and Traveloka showed availability. We booked and paid through the apps, only to find that the rooms listed and booked were full; when refunds were processed, management didn’t seem concerned.

Privacy was well maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. The toilet was clean and had hot water. I asked for an extra table in the room yesterday, and they brought it straight away. The roomboy was friendly, too. Thanks, Kupula GuestHouse. Next time I’m in Banda, I’ll stay there again.

We picked this place mainly because the room looked spacious, and it was. The hot water worked well, the AC got nice and cold, and it was quiet since the guest house isn't on a main road. Parking out back felt roomy and safe. I took off a star because we didn't get towels or toiletries like at other OYOs, and the cleanliness could be better.

I booked through Agoda, but the staff told me they don't work with Agoda. Kupula Guest House never responded to the issue and seemed to ignore it. The whole thing felt unprofessional. Fraud!!!

The WiFi was weak, and there wasn't even mineral water in the room. Worse, there was no water to wash my hands. The room also didn't look like the photos or match the description in the app.
