UB Caisar Hotel by OYO Rooms

The room was much too small for what we paid, and the air conditioning barely worked. The toilet had an odd smell too. We did manage to switch rooms, but only after staying a day. I hope they make some improvements.

We only got the room my father had booked after our tour guide checked with the hotel before we arrived. The hotel had been open for just two weeks, and management said they hadn't received the online booking for the largest room. At first they put us in a smaller one, and it took three complaints before they finally opened the room we'd booked. What is the point of listing rooms online if the booking isn't received? There were mosquitoes everywhere, especially dead ones by the window each morning, and we had to ask for the room to be cleaned every day. There were also cockroaches near the bed. In the bathroom, the drain was blocked and flushing made wastewater come back up into the bowl. The minibar looked secondhand and had dirt marks inside. Breakfast wasn't much better. Flies were landing on the food, and when we asked for it to be covered, they said there hadn't been flies the day before and they had only come that day. Maybe the fake flowers on a pedestal in the room were attracting the mosquitoes. If you can afford it, stay somewhere better. You've been warned.

The room was in poor shape and smelled bad. The bathroom stank, the pillow smelled, and there was no room fragrance to help with the smell. The hot water also didn't work. I wouldn't say it was in good condition for anyone to stay in.

Thank goodness we were only there for one night. The room was large, but messy, and the bathroom was messy too.
