I paid 115,000 rupiah a night through the app. It’s a basic place for sleeping one night, though the pillows smelled and the room felt a little damp. The accommodation is in a shophouse, on the first floor of TIKI, with guest rooms only on floors 2 and 3.

It’s comfortable to stay here before heading to Pahawang Island the next morning, and the price is very affordable. The location is on the main road, next to Indomaret, with plenty of restaurants and street food nearby. Towels and toiletries are provided, the room is spacious, and there’s a prayer room on each floor since it’s sharia-compliant. My advice to the owner: pay more attention to bathroom cleanliness and change the dusty bed sheets.

It’s close to Ind*maret, so picking up anything is easy, and the owner is really nice. On my first stay the room and bathroom were clean. The second time, the room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Otherwise, it’s good!

The receptionist told me they were full when I came by to see whether the room looked like the photo and rent it. But Traveloka showed availability, so the listing and what they had didn’t match. What a strange hotel, I left disappointed...!!!!

If you pay for an online booking, you may get a thousand excuses when you arrive, like being told the rooms are full, and then end up waiting a month for a refund. Pay cash at a higher price than the app, though, and there’ll definitely be a room... lol.
