I'm still staying at the hotel, and I called to ask for an extra small towel. They said that room type doesn't come with extra small towels, so I understood and thanked them. Still, what's the point of having gym facilities if guests can't even ask for a small towel? This is my first and last stay here.

The room was clean, the service was great, and the place had a nice vibe. I liked the garden on the first floor too. The rate felt fair for a night, and I'd recommend it for a short stay.

I booked through an app at a reasonable price and got a lot of benefits, Alhamdulillah. My supr. double room and bathroom were clean, the room was spacious and the AC was cool. The hotel is near a**o store, in conf store, bakso M, T oleh2 store, and the great masjid. The pool stays open until 9 pm and the gym until 10 pm. There are separate steam rooms for men and women where you can use the sauna. A water dispenser is provided, so you don't have to buy water. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options: omelet, soto, lontong sayur, lontong kari, buffet, bubur kacang ijo, singkong goreng (okay), tea, coffee, puddings, and fruit. Try it for yourself. I'll definitely come back when I travel to BL again.

I love this hotel. It's close to the shopping street.

The hotel is in a strategic area, the room quality was good, and there's a large garden that makes a nice place to relax. It could be made more attractive for photos and relaxing, though. Breakfast needs more variety, and the service could be better. Everything should be recorded here, even an egg order during breakfast.
