The staff were friendly and willing to help, and the smart TV has local channels, though you'll need your own accounts for the apps. There are a lot of drawbacks: the basin drains onto the bathroom floor, leaving a corner wet, and the shower temperature is unpredictable. Smoke from the outdoor area can get pulled inside when the fan is on. You can hear the neighbors' TV, and prayers are chanted for much of the day, starting before sunrise. The sound insulation is almost nonexistent, and the sheltered foyer doesn't help much in heavy rain. If your budget allows, stay elsewhere, especially if you don't need to smoke right outside your door.

I stayed on the third floor. There's no elevator yet, but the stairs were manageable. The room had towels and toiletries, and the hot water worked well. There's no hairdryer, so bring your own. Staff were friendly, and they quickly brought two extra blankets when we asked. That helped, since the family room sleeps four but the single blanket was too thin for two people. Free coffee and dispenser water are available in the public area. The location is convenient, the room was clean, and the AC was cold. For 200 thousand on a November 2025 weekend, it was very satisfying.

It's priced affordably and sits in a handy location. It has more of a boarding-house feel, with no elevator. Water runs smoothly and there's hot water, plus you can make tea and coffee freely. Motorbike parking can get very full. The room isn't very soundproof, though it stays fairly quiet.
