Divka Residence Syariah by OYO Rooms

The facilities were nothing like the pictures, and the service was bad. Staff weren’t friendly. The sheets were dirty, the pillows black, and the mattress broken. There was no water, the lights were dim, and the windows wouldn’t open. Coming in felt like entering a Cambodian headquarters. Basically, this place is highly recommended.

We booked two rooms for four adults, but one had just a single bed for one person. When I raised it, the answer made no sense. They said the rooms were full, even though there was an empty room, apparently because its bathroom faucet was stuck. It gave me the impression they weren’t serious about running the business. Watch out for the price promotions. The rooms aren’t very good and seem like they’ve never been mopped.

The sheets were dirty and hadn’t been changed, and no water was running. The service was unfriendly too. I was disappointed by the location and the poor service, so I left for another place, but didn’t get a refund.

The toilet was filthy, like nobody had ever cleaned it. Otherwise, the price and location were okay, the room was okay, and the air conditioning was decent. Still, thanks.
