The staff were a big help from the moment we arrived. They carried all our family’s luggage to the room, which was especially useful with my kid and all our stuff. Once we got there, they called to check that everything was ready and comfortable. After we’d checked out and left the hotel grounds, I remembered my son’s tablet was in a drawer. We hurried back, and luckily it was still there. Thanks so much to the staff, especially Ms. Melany at reception. We’ll definitely return when we’re back in Lampung. We stayed one night, and the city view from the hotel on the hill was beautiful. The location is central, close to lots of destinations. Our room was quite big and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. It also had a bathrobe and ironing equipment, which I rarely see at other 4 stars hotels. Breakfast had lots of choices, especially for kids: a chocolate fountain with marshmallows and fruit, an ice cream machine, and cupcakes and donuts they could decorate themselves. 🫶🍭✨

Our daughter’s birthday was a lovely surprise here. The room had mirror painting and a birthday welcome cake, which we loved. The playland was another highlight for our little one, and it was a relief to have somewhere fun for kids while still being able to relax as parents. The hotel is beautiful, with a peaceful feel, cozy atmosphere, and lovely views. Breakfast was delicious and had a good range of local dishes and international favorites. The staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmad Rizki for the wonderful hospitality that made our family stay so memorable. We were very happy and comfortable, and didn’t want it to end. 😆💕

The view over the hills and city was lovely from the breakfast area, and the team there were attentive. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a nice city view. Melany at the front desk was informative and so helpful, always with a genuine smile. Thanks to the Holiday Inn Lampung team for the hospitality.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless. Mba Rani really stood out with her friendly, professional service and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommend. ✨

The hotel is pretty good in general, but I’d only give it 3 stars. It’s far from the airport and there’s no shuttle.
