The location was handy, with restaurants and the city center nearby, and the staff were helpful and friendly from check-in through check-out. I stayed in the Deluxe Room at Alodia Hotel Lampung. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern look that still felt cozy. The AC worked well, the hot water stayed consistent, and the soft bed made for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was included and tasty, with a nice range of choices. I had a very pleasant stay, and would recommend it to anyone after a clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient part of Lampung. 🌿🏨

We were still taking photos with our group during bukber when staff started clearing our table, including things we had left on it. We moved to the balcony for more photos, and when some friends shifted a chair, a hotel staff member said, "Wow, it's already been cleaned up, why are you messing it up again?" Wkwk, I've never seen a hotel do this before. They were clearing up before bukber had even finished. Surely they should wait until customers have left, especially when we're still there. The service was not right, and the food wasn't worth the price either. Please improve the hotel's service.

The buffet wasn't refilled, not even the chili sauce or water. There also weren't any employees on hand.
