The room was tidy and clean, and the staff were friendly. I found the price affordable, with the hotel in the city centre near restaurants and a shopping centre. Parking space is limited, though. If you arrive late and it's full, they ask you to park across the hotel in the Karang Indah Mall parking lot.

The breakfast is the main thing that could be better. There isn't much variety, and when a dish runs out, it can take a while to be replaced. For the hotel's class and price, though, I found it acceptable. The rooms were clean, the facilities well maintained, and the staff friendly, which made for a pleasant, comfortable stay. A little more attention to dining would make the experience better.

The rooms are clean, and staff deal with complaints quickly. But the breakfast buffet never changes, so imagine eating the same menu for a week. I wouldn't recommend staying long. It also doesn't suit business stays, since there isn't a table in the room.

The breakfast isn't something to expect much from. Still, it's worth the price: the room was really clean, and I liked how they cleaned it. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It's near a convenience store and food stalls, with easy access to famous places in Lampung.

I stayed on Feb 10rd 2017. The price was low, under IDR 300K for one night, and the room was good. The lift sometimes had errors and was hard to close. They also asked for a deposit.
