Mahan Kedaton Hotel Lampung Managed by Pradiza Hospitality

The ground-floor coffee shop has a youthful feel, good coffee, and trained baristas. It gets crowded and noisy in the evenings with young people hanging out and working there, and you can still hear it on the second floor, though it didn't bother me too much most of the time. The hotel itself is a super-comfy, three-story boutique place with nature and industrial touches. My room was clean, smelled nice, and was functional. I really appreciated the pleasant, responsive, helpful staff. I enjoyed the stay, and although I didn't get to thank the owners in person, I recognized most of the staff by name. I hope the service stays this good.

Right in Bandar Lampung's city center, this hotel has a nice eco-green concept. The room was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the cafe's ambience and tried the signature ice cream, which tasted really good. It was a great stay, and I'll definitely come back 😃

A few downsides: the room was cramped, amenities were very limited, with no hair dryer, iron, or complimentary coffee or tea. The air conditioning was really weak, especially avoid a third-floor room if reception offers one. There’s no lift and the stairs are steep, and parking is limited and 50 meters from the hotel. On the plus side, the bed was comfy, the room decor was okay, cleanliness was good, and mineral water could be refilled for free. The lobby coffee shop was nice, and the Smart TV had fair internet.

I only visited the cafe, so I can't say anything about the rooms. The ambience was good and the prices were moderate.
