Very comfortable.

The room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The toilet was broken, the mattress was uncomfortable with springs sticking out, and the walls were peeling. The app photos also didn't match what was there, showing a roadside shop when the place was actually in an alley. Parking was very limited. There were only two spaces when we arrived, so we were told to park in front of a shophouse off the alley, maybe someone else's, who knows. I booked six rooms through the app for a group trip. The AC listing turned out to mean fan, and I was asked to pay 100 extra for AC. I refused. The clerk wanted to call OYO, and I said fine, I could yell at them. He wanted to call me on my phone number, 021, but I didn't want that. He then asked me to cancel. I said okay, but asked for my money back right away, and he refused. The fan room was really pathetic. The clerk offered no solution except paying another 100, saying the app was costing him money. I told him that wasn't my concern. After waiting too long, I suggested taking three AC rooms and downgrading the other three to fan rooms. First he said there were no rooms, then said he'd have to pay more and the token wouldn't work. I refused and asked him to offer an equally good solution. I was already willing to downgrade, but he kept insisting. Eventually he gave us the arrangement I asked for: three AC rooms and three fan rooms. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.

The photos on Google don't show the real room. It's in an alley, the walls are peeling, and the price differs from what the app showed. The toilet wouldn't flush, cockroaches were in both the room and bathroom, and the mattress was so uncomfortable it hurt to sleep on.

Every night there was noise outside the room, which made an already disappointing stay worse. The place looked so different from the nice, clean pictures on the Travelok app. My room was very dusty and seemed poorly maintained, and there was bathroom trash left outside the bin. Please fix these things if you want more guests. Thank you ~
