The room wasn't satisfactory: there was no glass, the water was blocked, and the bathroom had no bucket. Check the room carefully before staying at GRIYA TENTREM SYARIAH. We hadn't inspected it when we arrived, but when we left they checked every detail and blamed us for a tiny speck of wallpaper damage, asking for 75 thousand, including 21 thousand for wallpaper and 50 thousand for labor. It clearly wasn't our fault. The damage could have been there already, and they might be making each guest pay for it. That brings the total to 150 + 75 = 225, when they should be getting a guesthouse-class accommodation. GRIYA TENTREM SYARIAH IS NOT A BOARDING HOUSE CLASS.

Never book a room here. I paid through Traveloka transfer a few days before arriving, but the owner told me they hadn't rented rooms for a year and said they weren't responsible. The OYO sign was clearly visible outside, and the place was still listed on other apps. ONCE AGAIN, NEVER BOOK A ROOM HERE.

OYO advertised the place at a low price, and we didn't know it had already closed. We tried to cancel through the app, but it was incredibly difficult, and we were still charged.

Reviews here feel more realistic than the ones on the app. Oyo's service has been truly terrible. The owner dares to act this way because Oyo hasn't responded to the complaint with anything beyond a safe response. Thanks to the customer reviews for warning us and other consumers.
