I stayed once, and finding the place was really difficult. There’s no sign for the inn, and the online motorbike taxi app only showed it on Gojek. When I arrived exhausted, everything was closed. The owner was next door, and it took half an hour before the door opened. There was no receptionist or staff, just what seemed to be the owner’s family looking after the place. I’d paid through Agoda, but was charged another 50 thousand per day, so I felt I’d lost money. I’d wanted to find somewhere else, but I was too tired and decided to stay one night. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom looked used, with towels hanging there and toothpaste caps on the floor. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes even with the AC on. The power went out at night and stayed off until morning. Drinks were available from the kitchen dispenser, and there’s a cooking area too. It feels more like a boarding house. That’s all~

Don't mislead people with excuses about OYO price differences. If you won't honor that price, you shouldn't work with them. This leaves people who have just arrived with no other hotel option in a terrible spot.

I was told to transfer the money first, even though it seemed clear I was going there to cheat OYO. Be careful, everyone. I was planning a holiday in Lampung, but luckily I found another place.

Please make the app price match the actual price. I was confused and had to pay extra even though I'd brought just enough money, and sorting it out was a hassle. The rest was okay.
