I still haven't got back the money I paid through Tokopedia, even after reporting the issue and canceling the booking there. The manager said they hadn't received the booking fee and had never partnered with Tokopedia. Finding the place was difficult too, down a little-known alley, and once I got there it looked dirty, neglected, and a bit spooky. I was glad I didn't end up staying. I got the cheap boarding house recommendation from Tokopedia and had already paid, so I'm wondering if this is some new kind of hotel business scam. Lillahitaallah... I'm waiting for both sides to show some goodwill.

The room was dirty and badly kept. I booked and paid through the Oyo app, but when I arrived the staff asked me for extra money, saying the app had the wrong price. I couldn't understand how that could happen, but ended up paying the regular rate.

We'd already paid through the OYO app at Alfamart, but the man at the gate was unfriendly and still demanded more money. He raised his voice and said we wouldn't get anything at that price. We felt cheated, so we left and found somewhere else to stay. We asked OYO for a refund, but two days later there was still no email or update. Don't stay here.

I was left outside for an hour and a half with all my luggage and rain possibly on the way. Nobody greeted me, and after 15 calls to the hotel went unanswered, there was still no one to help. This hotel is awful. If they aren't going to open, they shouldn't take customers. Poor guests.
