The bathroom smelled, and the TV had no remote. The staff weren't friendly, either. I wouldn't stay here again. If the place is going to improve, they really need staff who are helpful, friendly, and humble. The service was way beyond what I expected, in the worst way.

I was left feeling really shaken by this stay. I'd paid through Agoda after booking eight days ahead, but when I arrived they said there were no rooms, even though the money had already been transferred. The staff were slow to respond and seemed indifferent and irresponsible. Breakfast was included, but it didn't feel worth the price.

The service was poor too. Staff sat gaming in the lobby wearing boxers, which felt impolite. In the room, the bedding didn't seem to get changed, there was a strong cigarette smell that made my chest feel tight, and damp walls and black mold on the ceiling made the place feel scary and unhealthy. I'm sorry to give one star, but the owner needs to get this sorted out for everyone's comfort. 🙏🙏🙏

Even the bathroom light was broken and still hadn't been replaced. The bathroom was dirty, the kitchen smelled musty, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. The TV didn't work and the hot water was only a slogan, it wasn't there. This room was a complete waste. The hotel management needs a full overhaul. In 2026 competition is getting tougher, so improve and find a way to stand out. Oh my, the worst ever.
