Reddoorz Near Gsg Unila Lampung

After reading the complaints about the service, I lost interest in going there and found another room instead.

I only learned there was a problem when I got there to check in. The tiket*com app showed the booking as canceled, even though I hadn't canceled it. After I complained, customer service called and said the booking still appeared active in the app and they'd check with RedDoorz. By then I'd already checked into another hotel, so tiket*com offered to cancel the booking and refund me. The booking did show up when they checked. But I had used tiket*com points, so no cash had been charged and the payment showed as 0 rupiah. I explained that, but the receptionist kept saying I'd paid nothing and wanted to confirm with RedDoorz. Then RedDoorz said I'd canceled. When I asked what date I'd supposedly canceled, the receptionist couldn't tell me. If they won't take bookings from other apps, or don't agree with their prices and payment systems, they shouldn't list there. They can just take bookings through the RedDoorz app. A bad experience.

The room was really dirty, and the sheets hadn't been cleaned. The service was awful, the price didn't match what was in the app, and the receptionist asked me for extra money to buy cigarettes. I wouldn't want to stay there again.

The room itself was fairly comfortable, which makes what happened with the deposit even more upsetting. There were already stains on the sheet when I arrived, but when I checked out they kept my deposit, saying I had to pay a fine because the sheet was stained. Taking money like that isn't right. The staff's service was poor too, so despite the comfortable room, the stay left me put off.
