The view is good, but the place itself is dirty and the service feels unfriendly. Some of the women working there don't smile. There are lots of pool rules too: you can't bring food, and even people waiting for someone to swim have to pay despite not swimming. I hope the service gets better in the future.

The view is nice and it's close to tourist attractions, and the room is fairly spacious. But the room seems neglected, with lots of ants and dusty pillowcases. The TV only gets local channels, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, the staff are slow to respond, and the AC doesn't cool at all.

The place was really dirty, with no trash cans, and security felt very inadequate. There weren't cleaning staff available to tidy guest rooms, and the service was impolite and bad. Visitors also don't have facilities to enjoy.

Bukit Mas Cottage has a beautiful view at night, and what it offers seems great. The service from the employees wasn't good, though, especially when it came to the room furnishings and the things in the hallway.
