The service was okay, but the room problems made this stay a poor value. At the end of the year I came with my family and paid 315 for a deluxe room. The AC leaked, and it wasn't cold in the first room I was given. I moved, but my dad said the AC in his room was the same. I was too tired to move again, so I stayed there. The sheets still had stains, and the toilet hose had no hook. There were four of us. I asked for a connecting room, but was told they were all taken. I tried to book one room with an extra bed, but they said I had to get two rooms, so I did. 😭😭

Whenever I head out, the staff clean the room. I’m very happy staying here.

Water running in the rooms upstairs or next door could be heard in ours. The toilet was dirty and hadn't been scrubbed, and the sheets were dirty too. There was also a bad smell from the toilet.

For a room costing around 300, it doesn't feel up to its class. The toilet is always dirty, the bowl looks like it hasn't been cleaned, and there's scale all over. The mattress smells musty and the room feels hard. There's no cleanliness here. Please improve the quality.
