Swiss-Belhotel Lampung

I stayed on September 13, and things were wonderful from the moment I arrived. The reception gave me a warm welcome, and all the staff provided excellent service. I especially appreciate Mr.ngurah hk manager. Highly recommend staying at swissbell hotel lampung.

On my two-day solo business trip, I found the room clean and comfortable for work, and the front desk team were warm and welcoming. When they heard I’d come all the way from Banjarmasin, they offered complimentary welcome coffee, which made a lovely first impression. I’d like a water bidet in the bathroom, as that would be more comfortable for guests who are used to one. At breakfast, I missed having sausages with my potato wedges. The fried kwetiau and chicken porridge were delicious, though, and made up for it. There was a tempting range of coffee, but I didn’t get to try any this time. A pleasant stay with friendly service and good food, and I’d consider returning if small touches like the toilet amenities improve.

After hours on the road, it was easy to unwind here. The atmosphere felt peaceful, and the room was comfortable, with great service and a warm, welcoming feel throughout. The clean, well-maintained facilities were another plus. It’s also handy for getting to many of our favorite local food spots without going far. A convenient place to rest when visiting Lampung.
