The place is comfortable, with fully air-conditioned rooms and running water. Getting there takes some thought, though, since it's about 1 km down a fairly remote alley. The owner is very friendly, thank God. The usual rate is 100,000 rupiah per night, down from 125,000, but it goes up over the New Year holidays. Prices on the app can be inaccurate, so I'd avoid booking there. It's above average compared with other accommodations, almost like a 3-star hotel, but at 100,000-150,000 rupiah, I highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are as pictured, with cold AC, clean toilets, plenty of water, and towels provided. The owner is friendly, too. It's 100,000 per night. OYO prices don't always match, sometimes coming in below the market rate for accommodation in Bandar Lampung. Tourists, don't hesitate to come.

For two people it was 125,000 Rupiah. The room was nice and the AC cool, though there was no TV. No hot air, just warm air from the sun, haha.

My husband booked and paid through Agoda, but then the hotel asked us to transfer money again to its account. The system is really bad. When I asked about a refund, they said I had to make a deposit. Be careful, this business is not blessed.

I ended up with only three rooms after booking four on Traveloka. The listing said they had AC, but only one actually did. I'd paid through Traveloka, but apparently the money never reached the owner, so don't book this guesthouse there.
