My stay was sponsored by Local guide Google Maps with an IDR 150k voucher. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked really well. The cable TV selection was a plus, with Fox, Nickelodeon, HBO, and other channels. Hot water was a little inconsistent, the towels smelled, and parking was a bit hard to find. They asked for either an ID or an IDR 150k deposit, compared with just IDR 50k at airy Jakarta. The rooms are alongside other airy rooms, with Zen rooms in this building. It was a nice stay overall. I stayed for two days and would come back. At first it was hard to find, but search for fulmar on Google Maps, since the building is just around the corner. I didn't expect much, but the hotel turned out really good. They had Wi-Fi, hot water, towels, shampoo, soap and mineral water. You can make coffee or tea, and you can cook too. The staff were amazing, so friendly and nice, and always ready to help with anything.

There are lots of food stalls around this nice budget hotel, and it's close to Maranatha University. The accommodation is nearly 5-star for the price.

The rooms have a full set of facilities for a budget stay, which works well for backpackers. Just keep in mind the place is a little tucked away from the main road.
