The building feels old, and the bathroom is dirty and poorly maintained, which leaves the room looking shabby. This feels more like a boarding house than a hotel.

I traveled all the way from Depok, only to be told on arrival that the hotel's contracts with Traveloka and OYO had ended, even though I’d already paid Traveloka. When I complained, the receptionist said management hadn’t updated things and told me to ask Traveloka for a refund. The refund itself wasn’t the point, it was so disappointing that the management hadn’t updated the information. Terrible management!

There’s no elevator, which was a pain because my nephew was on the 2nd floor and I had to take the stairs. My legs ended up aching.

Really good, and the service is friendly. They should add some in-room basics, like amenities, a dental kit, and soap. I’d recommend it.
