Horrible unit booked through Traveloka and managed by GPRO. The place was stuffy and clearly old, like it wasn't being maintained anymore. There were candy wrappers, unchanged sheets, and a torn, moldy, dirty doormat. The sofa was unclean, and the toilet had grime all over it. My goodness, the worst experience.

Gpro Properti was very friendly and the service was satisfying. Prices were cheaper than others, too. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, the place was comfortable, and the AC was cool. There are lots of facilities, including a swimming pool. Thank you, Gpro Properti, and wishing you continued success 👍🏻👍🏻

I've been without power for over an hour. I reported it, and they said someone was on the way to fix it, but where are they? Nobody's come yet. They also didn't give me a parking voucher. Overnight parking is charged by the hour, and it's expensive.

Such a disappointment. The unit I got was in very poor condition and wasn't what I'd ordered through the app. It was badly maintained.
