The staff are very friendly, and the room is big and clean. A good fit for a family stay.

The room was okay, with a comfortable bed and nice aircon, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I can see this hotel was grand once, but it feels tired now and needs a makeover. It seems like everything should've been replaced five years ago. I know you get what you pay for, and at Rp400,000 a night you don't expect the Hilton, but this place could be a lot nicer with some love and updates.

Affordable, with a big clean room and a good location. There's a swimming pool on the rooftop too.

The kids had a great time in the pool, and we enjoyed the view from the 6th floor. Our three-night stay was good: the room was clean and fairly spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good too. Thanks very much.
