There were cockroaches all over the bathroom, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, so I wouldn’t even consider using it for number two. The shower barely worked either, and I had to book somewhere else the next day just to shower. I couldn’t sort out another place when I first arrived because it was around the middle of the night, 23-ish. The bed, pillows, and room were all damp, with a weird smell. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d have had a better experience with a tent at a gas station. The hotel photos are no longer relevant and look at least five years old.

I stayed in the cheapest room, number 210. The flush and water worked fine, and the room wasn’t that bad, but the AC wasn’t very strong. It wasn’t hot or cold, just okay, though I think you’d sweat a lot sharing it with another person. From what I saw, people often use the cheapest room for just a few hours as a transit room, and I wouldn’t choose it for more than one night. If you’re staying longer, you have to ask the front desk to clean the room. I took a picture when I left, and it looked just like it had the last time I left it. Maybe that’s common for some guests, but nobody at the front desk told me, and it felt like they expect everyone to know these unspoken rules. You may need to ask about the basics too. I didn’t get water or a towel, so I bought a towel myself. The apps mentioned soap and shampoo, but there weren’t any, and no toothbrush either. I’m not blaming management, but I was unhappy with how careless this seemed. Ask the front desk what should be in the room. The receptionist is rarely at the desk, so you may need to ring the bell until someone appears. I didn’t feel like ordering food from them. It wasn’t especially expensive, just a regular price, but I wasn’t comfortable with it. If you need WiFi, bring your own data or go to the lobby for a better connection. That’s all. Thanks for reading.

The room and the rest of the floor were dirty, and there’s no lift, so we had to take the stairs to the third floor. The room smelled bad and seemed barely maintained. The floor, sheets, and walls were all dirty, and the bathroom was worst of all. Staff hadn’t even cleaned the room floor before handing it over. There was a cicak in my room. We got no toiletries, complimentary drink, or hot water. The bathroom water heater didn’t work and the shower was poor. WiFi was useless. At least the TV worked, and they did provide towels, though they were very old and full of holes. It’s far from the main road. I guess this was my first and last stay here. Don’t expect much from a cheap hotel.

I’d booked at the last minute, around 7.30ish PM, for a quick escape from Jakarta, and checked in around 11.30ish PM. Getting there after 10PM was a hassle because the gates were closed. I had to turn around several times, and Google Maps wasn’t much help, so be ready to ask the housing security guards along the way. My room was on the third floor. The stairs were okay, but the floor was wet and dirty, and there’s no elevator. The room felt as if nobody had been in it for months: humid and dusty, with a TV that didn’t work. The bed was fine, but the AC wasn’t working, and there were no toilet amenities. Spiders had put up webs instead. I asked reception for toiletries because I needed a shower, and they did bring some, for a charge, but that was fine. In the end, the humidity and lack of AC made the room impossible for me to sleep in, so I left and checked into another hotel.

There wasn’t any bottled mineral water in the room, and no clean towel either. The staff brought me one after I asked. The room itself was dark, dusty, dirty, smelled bad, and the floor felt kind of oily. Worst of all was the bathroom. The latrine was leaking, with a whole lot of tiny worm-like organisms around it. Clearly the worst booking experience I’ve ever had.
