My wife and I had a memorable stay here. The room was large, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious and affordable.

I stayed here for work, and getting to my work places was easy. I also liked being able to order food through Grab or Gojek, and the deliveries I tried were great. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was nice too, though hot water sometimes took a while to come through. You have to ask the front desk for a hairdryer, and they don't clean rooms daily, so you need to arrange it with reception. Thanks, Chara. I love your room and hope you can improve the service 🩷

The bed was comfortable, and the room was fine, with a smart TV and AC that worked without fuss. Breakfast was just so-so. The water heater was the biggest annoyance since it was so unpredictable, and they also missed cleaning the room on day 3.

The room was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the lovely lobby. Everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help. Chara Hotel felt amazing and beautiful to me, and I loved every bit of it. Thanks so much, Chara Hotel. I hope I get to stay here again someday.

We had a big room and were surprised to find a bathtub in it. The restaurant was being renovated while we were there, so we couldn't see it or enjoy a meal. The building's facade and interior design are distinctive and make for nice photos, especially the view from the bridge on the 6th floor. The room itself felt underwhelming beside the facade; carrying that same look into the rooms would've been great. The location is amazing, close to lots of culinary and historical heritage spots in Bandung.
