Cherry Homes Express Hotel

I was charged 30% of the room rate for checking out just 30 minutes late, and they wouldn't allow a late checkout. Near checkout time, staff knocked while I was in the bathroom, then came into the room without knocking a second or third time. The amenities were incomplete too, with no toothbrush or toothpaste and no tissue except what was in the toilet. This was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had, from capsule and budget hotels to 5-star places. It was terrible, definitely not recommended.

The room hadn't been cleaned properly, with lots of hair under the bedcover. When I lifted the toilet lid to shower, there was a big chunk of poo on the seat. The staff at the front was very rude, though I didn't care much about that.

For a cheap place in Bandung, this was comfortable and the service was friendly. The room was clean, with several bottles of mineral water, towels, and toiletries. At check-in they gave me the Wi-Fi password, 2 Popmies, a packet of coffee, and a packet of tea. Each morning, home service offered to clean the room, and I got more food and drinks. The best hotel 💙

There's no breakfast, but you can walk around and find something for your morning meal. For a budget hotel, the price is very reasonable. The building seems recently built, the rooms are clean and non-smoking, and angkot service to Bandung Train Station is available right across the entrance.
