I liked the clean rooms and bathrooms, the strategic location, and the Islamic-themed decor. The small swimming pool was a letdown, though. It had no warm water and seemed suitable only for kids. Internet was mostly fast and stable, with occasional slowdowns.

I came for a weekend wedding and stayed overnight. The room was clean and spacious, and the praying mat and sarong were clean and smelled nice. Murottal plays nonstop, 24 hours a day, but you can turn it off in the room. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bandung.

I stayed four days, and they cleaned my deluxe room every day. Breakfast was good, with Indonesian and Arab-style food. The staff always smiled and greeted me and my family, and the security staff were nice too. I’ll definitely come back.

The view from our room was mesmerizing, and I was glad to find a bathtub in a clean room. A concrete column made the space feel smaller, though, and breakfast was average with too little variety. During my two-night stay, I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and its city view. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the location made nearby attractions easy to explore. Cinnamon Hotel has a distinctive mix of religious ambiance and luxurious style, which sets it apart. I’d still recommend it for its many good points.

We stayed overnight for a gathering trip, and it was a really nice experience. The corridors felt luxurious, with surah-surah Al Quran playing. Breakfast had lots of different options and tasted rich. The hotel was amazing.
