I wouldn’t stay here again. The room needs a renovation, and it’s a shame they don’t make better use of the good location and roomy space. I’d have been willing to pay more for a decent room, but mine was in poor shape, and I don’t know if the others are the same. There were cracks in the walls and bathroom, stains on the bed cover and sheet, and a bad smell in the room that lingered even with the bathroom ventilator. The pillow wasn’t proper or even flat, the TV and small bedside lamp were broken, and there was no soap, although I’d asked about it on WhatsApp. Bring your own. The towel was grey, though it smelled fine. At around 12 pm, I asked the receptionist if I could check in early and showed my booking in the OYO app. He seemed surprised by the price. I’d read that other reviewers had been denied when booking cheaply through Agoda, with reception asking them to pay more. I messaged on WhatsApp and was told my booking was fine, but early check-in wasn’t possible. When I came back, the receptionist gave me the key without saying which floor, so I had to ask. It was the 2nd floor. The door opening didn’t seem strange at first, but once inside the room it felt quite scary, especially for a woman. I should’ve listened to the bad reviews on Gmap and other apps.

The room smelled bad, and the walls were covered in dirt. There was a strange noise all night, and the bed and quilt had stains and lots of mold. I was there from 25th jan to 26th jan and couldn’t wait to check out. It didn’t feel worth the price, even for a cheap hotel. There are other decent places at that price, so please trust me on this one. For the owner: I got locked in the bathroom in room 2-02. I was terrified and confused, and I’m glad I was there with my mother. I can’t imagine someone traveling alone getting stuck with nobody knowing, and dying in there. It was a nightmare. If you book here, always bring your phone into the bathroom. The only good thing is the location, near the city centre and 23 Paskal.

We were in our room about 5 minutes after arriving, so check-in was pretty simple. The room was tidy, although the blanket had a stain that couldn’t be cleaned. It was a pleasant stay.

The laundry was so stained that you didn’t want to think about what the marks were. We spent ages trying to find clean pillowcases, and even getting two decent ones was hard. This place is disgusting. I wouldn’t set foot here again. Shivers.

The staff were nice and always ready to help, but the room wasn’t clean. The pillows and blankets were dirty, and staying there was uncomfortable. One of the worst experiences I’ve had.
