My wife was exhausted, and I had no choice but to give up on going home. We’d been going around looking for somewhere else until 9 pm, and you can imagine how tired and disappointed I was with her. I’d booked a room, but it was suddenly changed without asking me. It was almost Maghrib, and my wife was really anxious because the guest house was far from Bandung. They directed her to another inn, but when she got there, she said she wasn’t using the app anymore. It was really disappointing that nobody first tried to ask what was going on. The money wasn’t returned, either.

The online photos don’t look anything like the actual place. I rushed to book, but it turned out to be a dud, and I’m so disappointed I can’t get a refund. This hotel is dirty, filthy, and completely unfit for business. Just tear the building down. Please help, @traveloka.id, @reddoorzid, @tiketcom. You should be more careful choosing hotel partners and ban places like this.
