One of the senior FO staff was rude. I stayed for three nights, and the hotel is also in a remote location. I’d booked through Traveloka and was assigned a lower-floor room that felt like an isolation ward, so I upgraded it.

There are ants swarming the food, so you can’t leave it just anywhere. More regular pest control would help. Aside from that, the service is very good and friendly, and the rooms are spacious with Wi-Fi, Netflix, and other things available. The pool is clean and doesn’t smell. The atmosphere lives up to the name, cozy, pleasant, and calm. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to stay in the Lembang area.

The rooms looked quite spacious at first, but that was about the best part. The AC wasn’t cold enough, there were no cups for coffee or tea, and the water heater dispenser was only on the ground floor, so we had to keep going back and forth from our second-floor room. I had two rooms, and one bathroom smelled bad. The lights were dim too. Breakfast was just yellow rice and fried egg noodles, both pretty average. For me, this is a one-time stay, not recommended.

For 200K, it’s not bad. Service was very good, and the staff were helpful and cooperative. There’s a charge for early check-in, but the road access felt safe, right across from UPI. The private indoor pool, good Wi-Fi, water heater, and decent toilet amenities were all there. My downsides: the Deluxe room felt a bit stuffy, the TV channels didn’t work, and the bathroom smelled bad.
