I paid Rp 450.000 for a room with breakfast, but the value didn't feel right to me. The room was spacious with plenty of amenities and a work desk, though parts of the bathroom were rusty and looked old enough to need replacement. Indoor parking was cramped, with larger parking outside. The lobby was small and quite cold, but check-in was quick. There was also a batik shop and a very small pool that left the floor wet. You can't take a luggage trolley out of the lift to the room entrance. Breakfast choices were limited, though the food was tasty. No egg station, and the milk wasn't fresh milk. There was bread, rice, porridge, noodles, and other main dishes. I arrived at 2 AM, and the staff still seemed fresh, helped us check in, and carried our suitcase.

The room was decent and clean, and otherwise everything was fine. But that bare bathroom needs a clothing rack. The towel rack is more than 6ft up, so a short person would have to stand on the toilet seat to reach the towels. Management should add a lower rack.

The staff were the best part for me, really friendly and helpful. The room was fairly spacious and cool, but some furniture was broken or missing, including the curtains and sink holes. I hope management sets a fine for anyone smoking in a room, since the smell can be hard to tolerate. I wouldn't recommend it to someone sensitive to smoke. It's right on the main road and easy to find, with an indomaret about 50m across the street. If you're arriving in a minibus or something larger, the entrance is quite narrow and getting in or out can be difficult.

At 700.000, I expected more. The room was really poor quality, and some things were dirty or broken. Not worth the price.
