We had the three-bedroom unit to ourselves, with a shared kitchen and living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and AC, and the AC worked well. The staff were helpful with laundry and anything else we needed. We had some trouble with hot water in the bathrooms, but otherwise no problems. Our family had a great stay over the break.

The shower was the one real problem for me: it swung between freezing and scalding, with no comfortable setting in between. We spent three days in the penthouse and had a good experience overall. There were a few snags with the room and service, but the staff were accommodating when I raised them.

The service was responsive when we complained, and they acted quickly, but the cleaning they arranged didn’t make things better. We’d already found a large cockroach when we entered, and ants were crawling on the walls and bed, so sleeping was very uncomfortable. The bathroom and floor were dirty, the towels didn’t seem properly washed, and the bedding had stains. There wasn’t even a kettle. For the price, I expected at least not to find dirty pests in the room we’d booked, especially such a large one. I found the stay very uncomfortable.

The pool was a lovely extra, and the stay was comfortable and affordable. There’s no room service, though, so I had to order food from outside. Still, it worked well for a budget trip.

The room was comfortable for a couple or a family, with a TV and shower. As a foreigner visiting Bandung in Indonesia, I’d recommend this place. The welcome at reception was warm, and the staff were friendly.
