Excellent Seven Hotel

Is this supposed to be A HOTEL??? NO ⭐ AT ALL! YOU JUDGE IT! We paid 3xple, IDR550k, because it was a public holiday and weekend, and everything seemed bad. The toilet drainage was a problem, there was a shampoo bath shower bottle, the tiles were inflatable and dirty, and there was a carpet in the middle between the beds for what??? The hot water was slow and the walls were cracked everywhere. The only good things were the TV, WiFi, and big wide room. Anything else was so BAD!

The room was spacious, but the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was okay, though noisy because there was an AC inside, and it was hard to control how warm the water got. Service was OK, but I booked a twin bed room and got a double bed room instead. They gave us an extra bed as compensation, but it was awful and very uncomfortable. One of the electric plugs didn't work either. It was an OK stay, but I won't return.

The room and bathroom were spacious, but I wasn't sure about the duvet colour. I could hear voices from the next room really clearly, which was super annoying at night. They had a karaoke room, if I'm not mistaken, and I couldn't sleep.

The room was cozy and the price through app airy was good. It's handy for resting in central Bandung, near a toll gate, and dr.rajiman street is just a five-minute walk away, with lots of tasty street food sellers at night. The service and room were good, but the door was difficult to open until I learned how or asked staff. The AC was a bit loud because its outdoor unit was beside the window. My phone lost signal inside the room, so the hotel WiFi was useful, but it was really, really unstable. Be patient with it.
