Braga Street is right outside, with places like braga permai and kopi toko djawa nearby, plus a convenience store. It was easy to walk around and explore Braga and Bandung from here. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and there was hot water. They put drinking water in the room and also have a dispenser for guests.

The best thing here is the location, right in the Braga area with cafés, restaurants, and attractions easy to reach on foot. That makes it handy for a short Bandung city-center visit, especially for couples or solo travellers who care more about where they are than room size or facilities. The hotel only takes up a few floors and has a limited number of rooms, so it feels like a compact city stay. Getting in is a little unusual: you go through Braga City Walk or enter from the basement parking. There isn't a proper dedicated lobby, which may be disappointing if you expect a standard hotel check-in. Our room was smaller and less tidy than expected, and that affected comfort. It can work for a short stay, as long as you keep expectations modest about the room and amenities.

My room still wasn't ready at the official 4:00 PM check-in time, so I had to wait. The check-in itself was all digital and self-service, which wasn't user-friendly and left me wishing hotel staff would help. The room also made a longer stay uncomfortable. It was tiny, stuffy, and had no window, so there was very little ventilation. Comfort and service efficiency both fell short of what I expected.

When my daughters got a tummy bug, someone brought a hot mug of tea and salt up to our room. It seemed like a home remedy, and the kindness meant a lot. Everyone we met was friendly, from reception to breakfast and room service. We stayed in a family room with bunk beds. It had enough space and was clean, and breakfast was very good, with plenty of local options alongside the usual bread and toast. The hotel is in the middle of touristy Braga, surrounded by coffee cafes that we enjoyed trying. It was worth the money, and we'd return.
