We stayed one night for convenient access to and from the toll road, checking in at midnight. The room was dirty and smelly, the mattress and pillow linens weren’t very good, and there was a cockroach in the toilet. I couldn’t sleep well, so we left early in the morning to continue our trip to Jakarta.

The room I rented looked totally different from the one in the promotion photo. There were towels hanging on the bathroom door when I opened it, and they definitely weren’t clean. It was disappointing. I know it’s a cheap hotel, but Red Doorz should work harder to improve the quality. I think people wouldn’t mind paying extra for a comfortable, restful night.

The staff were really nice, and the place is close to the Pasteur toll exit with a few spots you can walk to. My room, especially the bathroom, could've been cleaner. Still, it's an okay place to stay.

The location near the toll exit is convenient, but I wouldn't recommend the room or the service. It was dirty and smelled bad. They call it cheap, but I was charged 490K for one night. 😒

The first floor room had mold, including in the toilet, and the shower had no hot water. There was less mold in the second floor bathroom, but no Wi-Fi upstairs.
